Physical therapy is the evolution in the field of treatment.The main purpose of these blogs is to guide you that how can we help you to develop,maintain and restore yours or others maximum movement and functional ability. We can help you at any stage of life,when movement and function are threatened by ageing,injury,diseases,disorders,condition or environmental factors. We can help people to maximize their quality of life, looking at physical,psychological,emotional and social well-being. We work in the health spheres of promotion, prevention,treatment/intervention and rehabilitation. We have different methods to treat pain depending upon the condition such as Interferential therapy, ultrasonic,short wave diathermy,EMS,TENS,Hot packs,cold packs,Wax therapy, and most importantly EXERCISES and many more methods.


InfoPhysiotherapy is the hub for the latest scientific research in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Our mission is to facilitate evidence-based practice among physiotherapists and to simplify clinical decision making.

InfoPhysiotherapy is dedicated to addressing the current gaps between research and clinical practice by presenting the latest research to clinicians in a way that is both concise and clinically relevant. This form of knowledge translation will facilitate learning and ensure that physiotherapists will be aware of current research in order to better inform their clinical decision making.

For nearly 25 years, Physio has been providing patients with outpatient physical rehabilitation care. From Physical, Occupational, Hand and Speech Therapy to Orthotics and Prosthetics our full suite of services focuses on giving our patients a holistic approach throughout the course of their wellness journey. Each day we treat all types of injuries from every day aches and pains, traumatic injuries to work related rehabilitation and sports performance and rehabilitation for people of all ages.
